see you ALL there! Bring a chair or blanket, the kids, the fury animals, the in laws, anybody who wants to come is more then welcome.
As stated in our by-laws, Eastbrook HOA is completely voluntary. We are looking forward to meeting new neighbors, as all residents are encouraged to participate. Your help is simple, not time consuming and overall better the community for all Eastbrook residents. New people introduce new thoughts and fresh energy.....dont't we all need it!?

Aloma Wall Project
FINALLY, COMPLETE!!
Thank you, AGAIN, to all who helped in this process. Huge shout-out everyone who helped in one way or another. Now let's due diligence and stay vigilant keeping the Aloma entrance beautification work looking good. This was not a easy task to see thru to finish.
Fire hydrant project
This initiative is currently moving forward, slowly but at least it is moving.
This includes Austrailian, Bougainvillea, Brazilian, Chilean, Clematis, Eastbrook, Peruvian, Puritan, Viburnum. We still do not have a timeline for completion but we are just grateful to see progress.

Every single contribution matters, and no amount is too small to make a difference in our community.
While the standard annual dues are $30.00, the HOA deeply recognizes that everyone's financial situation is different. We are incredibly grateful and appreciative of any amount you are able to contribute. Every dollar goes directly toward maintaining and improving Eastbrook, proving that a little bit truly goes a long way when we all pull together.
